Thank you for choosing Zenex Technologies. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and the following terms and conditions govern our shipping and return processes.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Please note that shipments are not processed on Sundays.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, your shipment might be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you through email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updated shipping costs will always be reflected at checkout.
Shipment Destinations
We only ship to physical addresses within Kenya. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. You may request delivery to specific locations such as apartments, offices, or designated pick-up points.
Order Tracking
Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zenex Technologies is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All such charges during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages During Shipping
We ensure that every product is carefully packaged. However, Zenex Technologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and items to assist in resolving the issue.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Zenex Technologies, we are committed to your satisfaction. If an item is defective, you may return or exchange it in accordance with our policy below.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
To return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the defect.
- Upon approval, bring or ship the defective item to our warehouse.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method, within 14 business days. Refunds will not include any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase.
Exchanges
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Contact us with the product details and defect.
- Bring or ship the item to our warehouse for inspection.
Once approved, we will process the exchange, subject to stock availability.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Zenex Technologies are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any defects after the return period should be handled through the manufacturer’s service centers. Zenex Technologies is not responsible for warranty claims or repairs but will guide you on how to proceed with the manufacturer.
Shipping for Returns
Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
